ANZ has a strong working relationship with NGT Tasmania (Group Employment) and is currently engaged in an Indigenous Trainee program with NGT Tasmania. ANZ currently has seven trainees on board ranging from school-based traineeships to full-time.
According to Joanne Weller, ANZ district manager, Southern Tasmania, the quality of candidates selected by NGT Tasmania for her to interview has been excellent. “It’s been hard to make decisions at times due to the quality of people put before me”, Ms Weller said.
Over the past year, Ms Weller has worked closely with NGT Tasmania’s senior client relationship consultant Tamara Bingley in order to achieve their mutual goals. “Tamara has been very efficient, timely and professional during our interactions and I really trust her judgement. She has taken the time to fulfil roles within my business and delivers every time.”
“I have not hesitation in recommending their (NGT’s) services”, Ms Weller confidently concludes.
