On Friday 19th August 2011, NGT Tasmania was awarded the Industry Collaboration Award in partnership with Seafood Training Tasmania, CHOOSE employment and Huon Aquaculture at the 2011 Tasmanian Training Awards.
As part of the O group, one of Tasmania’s largest not-for-profit organisations, NGT Tasmania is a major employer of trainees and apprentices in Tasmania. NGT Tasmania also provides a complete range of staff related training and services.
Collaboration has been the primary service focus of all O group businesses, with the development of our Best Combination of Services approach. The Huon Aquaculture initiative which won the Industry Collaboration Award is a wonderful example of collaboration to win accolades, but more importantly to provide fantastic outcomes for employers and jobseekers.
