Apprentices and Trainees
Our Training Goals
NGT Tasmania delivers qualifications through training to a wide range of industries. We aim to recognise and understand your needs, and then to meet those needs with flexible and innovative solutions.
Effective learning begins with a need to know, and the satisfaction of fulfilling this need. Learning should be an enjoyable and challenging experience. Knowledge is something you should invest in. Your NGT Training Consultant will help you identify and establish the abilities, skills and knowledge necessary for success in your chosen career.
We provide a range of different support options through our training. These are designed to allow you to take responsibility for your learning as you work to achieve your goals. We understand people work and learn in different ways, and our approach encourages you to choose the methods that suit you best.
