Responsible Conduct of Gambling
This one day course provides you with the skills and knowledge and attitudes required to provide responsible gambling services and information to customers who require assistance with their problem gambling.
The course relates to satisfying the requirements for providing responsible gambling services under state and territory legislation. Training is delivered in accordance with legal obligations and codes of practice for gambling venues. This course is nationally accredited training (SITHGAM006A) and covers:
