Frontline Management - Hobart

Certificate IV Management (Frontline Management)

Workplace leadership is critical to future sustainability and success. There has been a cultural shift from the traditional skills of one person controlling, directing and maintaining discipline, to a more team based approach of coaching, facilitating and developing individuals.  NGT Tasmania embraces this shift and focuses on measurable business outcomes for the individual and organisation with our Frontline Management program that incorporates a participative approach and traditional study.

Frontline Management is appropriate for team leaders and supervisors who have the responsibility for implementing plans, leading workgroups, managing personal work priorities and professional development.  Assessment occurs through workplace projects that are real and relevant to the individual and the organisation. These projects bring together the knowledge and skills gained during the workshops and allow the participants to apply their knowledge in a real work situation.
