Training Consultant
Be inspired to change lives. Working with a like minded team you can make a difference as a qualified and experienced trainer and assessor. Be part of our Southern team with this flexible, part-time contract role for six months.
You will be collaborating with NGT Tasmania’s contractors who each have a group of trainees to support and manage. You will guide them with a regular support plan. You will also check contractor assessments and maintain a small caseload yourself.
NGT Tasmania is one of Tasmania’s most dynamic and creative training providers, delivering individually tailored training and development services to both employers and trainees. It’s part of the O group a dynamic and vital Tasmanian organisation.
Besides having a brilliant personality you have a whole bunch of really useful Vocational experience and/or qualifications in the following industries:
• Business
• Finance
• Retail
OK so you have a track record but do you also have as a minimum:
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Substantial practical experience in one or more of the above vocational areas
• Current Tasmanian driver’s licence
• Reliable motor vehicle
